Level of knowledge and nursing care of the percutaneos catheter in the premature neonatale in a public hospital in Cusco, 2023

Abstract

Introduction: The level of knowledge and adequate care are essential to guarantee the safety and well-being of these fragile patients, the importance of acquiring a solid level of knowledge in relation to percutaneous catheters will be addressed, as well as the necessary care to prevent complications. and promote quality care. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and nursing care of the percutaneous catheter in the premature neonate of a public hospital in Cusco. Methods: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will be made up of 32 nurses from the Public Hospital of Cusco. The survey will be used to apply two questionnaires on a Likert-type scale for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the qualitative nature of the variables.

El nivel de conocimiento y los cuidados adecuados son fundamentales para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de los neonatos prematuros, se abordará la importancia de adquirir un nivel de conocimiento sólido en relación con los catéteres percutáneos, así como los cuidados necesarios para prevenir complicaciones y promover una atención de calidad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel el conocimiento y cuidados de enfermería del catéter percutáneo en el neonato prematuro de Hospitales Públicos de Cusco Métodos: estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra censal estará constituida por 80 enfermeras, se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios en escala de tipo Likert, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión, los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman dado la naturaleza cualitativa de las variables.
