Quality of care of the nursing staff and the level of satisfaction of the adult patient at the Qispikay Community Mental Health Center – Puente Piedra, 2023

Abstract

Introduction: In the present research work had as objective to determine the relationship between the quality of care of the nursing staff and the level of satisfaction of the adult patient at the Qispikay Community Mental Health Center – Puente Piedra, 2023. Methodology, the study is a hypothetical - deductive method because it will be executed through strategies that range from the general to the specific to verify a reality through a logical deduction or hypothesis that will later be contrasted through observation. Population: 120 functional adult users who are served at Qispikay will participate. Instruments, The instruments that will be used are valid and reliable to be able to collect data that is accurate, all the information will be digitized and coded to facilitate data management and statistical entry through the design of a matrix in the program. Microsoft Excel 365. A matrix will be created that allows the best processing of the data for the application of the respective statistical tests for data analysis. For this, the SPSS version 25.0 program will be used and since it is a correlational study, Spearman's Rho test will be used to determine the relationship between two variables, taking into account statistical significance at p-values less than 0.05. The final presentation of the results obtained after the processing and analysis of statistical data will be carried out through the layout of appropriate and detailed tables that allow adequate interpretation.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como Objetivo Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería y el nivel de satisfacción del paciente adulto del centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Qispikay – Puente Piedra, 2023. Metodología, el estudio es de método hipotético – Deductivo debido a que se ejecutara a través de estrategias que van desde lo general a lo específico para conseguir comprobar una realidad mediante una deducción lógica o hipótesis que posteriormente serán contrastadas mediante la observación. Población: Participarán 120 usuarios adultos funcionales que se atienden en Qispikay. Instrumentos, Los instrumentos que se utilizaran son válidos y confiables.
