La aplicación de las TIC y los resultado de las pruebas saber 11 en la educación media del departamento de Santander – Colombia, año 2015

Abstract

A través de la presente tesis se presentan los resultados de las pruebas saber versus aplicación de las TIC en la educación media del departamento de Santander, como insumo y aporte científico de las Ciencias Sociales a la apuesta del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, en el mejoramiento de la Calidad de la Educación de Colombia. Siendo el departamento de Santander, uno de los departamentos mejor organizados en Educación, partiendo del interés y descentralización de los recursos y la misma organización, al contar con seis Secretarías de Educación Certificadas, que desde la mirada contextualizada como Ente Territorial, permean y se dan a la tarea de reflexionar sobre las prácticas educativas que aportan a cada municipio o entorno. Es una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptiva, nivel correlacional, método inductivo y diseño no experimental. De una población total de 694 Instituciones Educativas que cuentan con el nivel de educación media en el departamento de Santander, para la realización se tomó una muestra aleatoria de 248 de ellas, la cual se determinó al realizar un muestreo estratificado por afijación proporcional y posteriormente un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple con un margen de error de 5% y nivel de confianza de 95%. Se diseñó el instrumento para la recolección de datos, cuestionario estructurado. Se plantearon una hipótesis general y tres específicas, para cuyo análisis se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de PEARSON, con lo que fue posible revisar la tendencia y la influencia de las dimensiones Ambiente TIC, Gestión Administrativa y Contexto Social con relación a la dimensión Resultados Pruebas Saber 11. Encontrando correlaciones con los resultados de las pruebas versus gestión administrativa de 0.449, versus ambiente TIC 0.811 y versus contexto social 0.651. Demostrando que existe una relación entre la Aplicación de las TIC y los resultados de las pruebas saber 11.

Across thesis presents the results of the tests to know versus application of the TIC in the average education of the department of Santander, as input and scientific contribution of the Social Sciences to the bet of the Department of National Education, in the improvement of the Quality of the Education of Colombia. Being the department of Santander, one of the departments better organized in Education, departing from the interest and decentralization of the resources and the same organization, on having possessed six Certified Secretariats of Education, which from the look in context as Territorial Entity, filter and are given to the task of thinking about the educational practices that reach to every municipality or environment. It is an investigation with quantitative approach, of type descriptive, level correlacional, inductive method and not experimental design. Of a total population of 694 Educational Institutions that possess the level of average education in the department of Santander, for the accomplishment a random sample of 248 took of them, which decided on having realized a sampling stratified by proportional fixation and later a probable random simple sampling with a margin of mistake of 5 % and confidence level of 95 %. The instrument was designed for the compilation of information, structured questionnaire. A general hypothesis and three specific ones appeared, for whose analysis was in use the coefficient of PEARSON's correlation, With what it was possible to check the trend and the influence of the dimensions Sets TIC, Administrative Management and Social Context with relation to the dimension Proved You Try To know 11. Finding correlations with the results of the tests versus administrative management of 0.449, versus environment TIC 0.811 and versus social context 0.651.
