Quality of humanized care of the nursing professional related to the satisfaction of the patients of the oncological emergency service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship of the quality of humanized care of the nursing professional related to the satisfaction of the patients of the oncological emergency service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases Lima, 2023. Materials and method, it was had with a quantitative approach to follow, the basic type, correlational descriptive scope, non-experimental design, of a cross-sectional study, with a sample of 144 cancer patients. Using the survey technique, with questionnaires, one to measure the quality of care and another to measure patient satisfaction in the oncological emergency service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases Lima, 2023.

El estudio tuvo como objetivo el de determinar la relación de la calidad del cuidado humanizado del profesional de enfermería relacionado entre la satisfacción de los pacientes del servicio de emergencia oncológica del instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas Lima, 2023. Materiales y método, se tuvo con un enfoque a seguir cuantitativo, el tipo básico, alcance descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental, de un corte de estudio transversal, contando con una muestra de 144 enfermos oncológicos. Usando la técnica de encuesta, con cuestionarios, uno para medir la calidad del cuidado y otro afín de medir la satisfacción en los enfermos en el servicio de emergencia oncológica del instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas Lima, 2023.
