Humanized care of the nurse and its relationship with patient satisfaction of the surgical center of the San Judas Tadeo clinic, Lima, 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the humanized care of the nurse and patient satisfaction in the surgical center of the San Judas Tadeo Clinic in Lima, 2021.

Materials and methods: This research will adopt a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design. The sample will consist of a total of 321 patients from the operating room, selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established for their selection. Additionally, a questionnaire will be applied to collect relevant information to analyze the relationship between the variables: Humanized Care and Patient Satisfaction.

Data Processing and Analysis: This phase will involve obtaining results using SPSS software, which will facilitate the processing of the responses collected through the instruments. The processed data will then be used to demonstrate the development of the general objective.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del cuidado humanizado de la enfermera con la satisfacción del paciente en el centro quirúrgico de la Clínica San Judas Tadeo de Lima 2021 Material y métodos: la presente investigación adquirirá un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional, en cuanto a la muestra se considerará un total de 321 pacientes pertenecientes a sala de operaciones , según los criterios de inclusión y de exclusión determinados para su selección, a quienes además, se les aplicará un cuestionario con la finalidad de recolectar información pertinente para poder analizar la relación que se manifiesta entre la variable Cuidado Humanizado y la satisfacción del paciente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: fase en dónde se obtendrán los resultados mediante el uso el del software SPSS, el cual permitirá el procesamiento de las respuestas establecidas en los instrumentos que se aplicarán para evidenciar posteriormente el desarrollo del objetivo general.
