Level of knowledge of acute coronary syndrome and nursing care in the cardiovascular service of a national hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The research raised as a directional objective "Establish the relationship between the level of knowledge in its dimension basic knowledge of Acute Coronary Syndrome in nursing care in the management of acute coronary syndrome in the cardiovascular service of a Hospital in Lima 2023". The level of knowledge of the nurse in the management of acute coronary syndrome is an act of hegemony and empowerment in the exercise and autonomy of nursing professionals to alleviate and suffering in patients, in which knowledge is significantly combined with their practical procedure. that applied correctly bring relief and well-being to the patient. In the study, the hypothetical-deductive method was used with a non-experimental, correlational-descriptive and applied type design. The sample to be used will be 80 nurses from the cardiac area to whom the Acute Coronary Syndrome Basic Knowledge Questionnaire and the Nursing Care Test will be applied. The statistic that will be used for data processing will be SPSS 25.0.

La investigación planteó como objetivo direccional “Establecer la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento en su dimensión conocimientos básicos del Síndrome Coronario Agudo en el cuidado de enfermería en el manejo del síndrome coronario agudo en el servicio de cardiovascular de un Hospital de Lima 2023”. El nivel del conocimiento del enfermero en el manejo del síndrome coronario agudo es un acto de hegemonía y empoderamiento en el ejercicio y la autonomía de los profesionales enfermeros para aliviar y el padecimiento en los pacientes, en él se conjugan los saberes significativamente con su proceder práctico que aplicados correctamente le aportan alivio y bienestar al paciente. En del estudio se hizo uso del método hipotético-deductivo con un diseño no experimental, correlacional-descriptivo y de tipo aplicado. La muestra que se empleará será de 80 enfermeros del área cardíaca a quienes se le aplicará el Cuestionario de conocimientos básicos del Síndrome Coronario Agudo y el test de cuidado de enfermería. El estadístico que se utilizará para el procesamiento de datos será el SPSS 25.0.
