Objective: To determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction in the inpatient services of a private clinic in Lima, 2022. Materials and Methods: Non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational level, with a hypothetical-deductive method. The study worked with a total population of 108 hospitalized patients across different services. The instrument used was a questionnaire and a Likert scale for both variables, within a specified time frame. Results: There is a relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Regarding humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction, the results indicated that 92.6% were satisfied, while 88% showed a favorable level according to the "nursing skills" dimension, 84.3% had a favorable level according to the "nurse-patient communication openness" dimension, and 85.2% reported a favorable level according to the "willingness to provide care" dimension. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between humanized nursing care and user satisfaction, with a Spearman's correlation coefficient of Rho = 0.662 and p = 0.000.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del usuario en los servicios de hospitalización de una clínica privada de Lima, 2022. Materiales y métodos: Diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivo y correlacional, el método fue hipotético deductivo, en el estudio se trabajó con una población total de 108 pacientes hospitalizados en diferentes servicios, se empleó el instrumento el cuestionario y escala de liker para las dos variables, en un tiempo determinado Conclusión: Se concluye que existe relación significativa del cuidado humanizado de enfermería con la satisfacción del usuario, obteniendo un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman=0,662 y un p=0,000.
