Working condition and health status of the nursing professional in the emergency service of a hospital in Lima – 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the working conditions and the health status of the nursing professional, who works in the emergency service of a public hospital in Lima 2023. Method: an applicative, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. For the sample, the non-probabilistic technique was used for the convenience of 55 nurses from the Emergency Service of the Sergio Bernales National Hospital. For the collection of information, the survey will be used as a technique to be applied in the two questionnaires on a Likert-type scale and with polytomous and dichotomous questions, both instruments validated and reliable by Machaca and Asencio. The data obtained will be processed in SPSS 27 and the hypotheses will be tested with Spearman's correlation coefficient statistical tests for both study variables.

Determinar la relación entre las condiciones laborales y el estado de salud del profesional de enfermería, que labora en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital público de lima 2023. Método: estudio de tipo aplicativo, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. Para la muestra Se utilizara la técnica no probabilística por conveniencia de 55 enfermeras del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Nacional Sergio Bernales. Para la recolección de la información se utilizará como técnica la encuesta para ser aplicada en los dos cuestionarios en escala tipo Likert y con preguntas politómicas y dicotómicas ambos instrumentos validados y confiables por Machaca y Asencio. Los datos obtenidos serán procesados en SPSS 27 y las hipótesis se probarán con las pruebas de estadística de coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para ambas variables de estudio.
