Objective: Analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of external users of a Community Mental Health Center Lima - Peru 2024. Material and method: quantitative approach; Because descriptive statistics was used, based on numerical measurement, statistical analysis and synthesis of the data collected, trying to measure the phenomenon studied or the problem studied through the analysis, it leads to the interpretation of the actual approach number. The technique would be the survey, which refers to the systematic collection of information among certain samples of people, who in this case would be users outside the community mental health center. The method that will be applied to the research topic is inductive, deductive - hypothetical - deductive; Induction is a form of argument in which one moves from knowledge of specific cases to more general knowledge that reflects what is common to individual phenomena. It is applied research because it is based on its discoveries and theoretical contributions. The solution to the problem to generate well-being in the user.
Resumen
Analizar la relación de la calidad de cuidado enfermero y la satisfacción de los usuarios externos de un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Lima - Perú 2024. Material y método: enfoque cuantitativo; debido a que se utilizó estadística descriptiva, basada en la medición numérica, el análisis estadístico y la síntesis de los datos recolectados, tratando de medir el fenómeno estudiado o el problema estudiado a través del análisis, se lleva a la interpretación del número de abordaje real. La técnica sería la encuesta, que se refiere a la recolección sistemática de información entre determinadas muestras de personas, que en este caso serían usuarios ajenos al centro de salud mental comunitario. El método que se aplicará al tema de investigación es el inductivo, deductivo - hipotético - deductivo; La inducción es una forma de argumentación en la que uno pasa del conocimiento de casos específicos a un conocimiento más general que refleja lo que es común a los fenómenos individuales. Se trata de investigación aplicada porque se basa en sus descubrimientos y aportes teóricos. La solución del problema para generar bienestar en el usuario.
