| dc.description.abstract | The present research entitled: "Leadership styles of head nurses and their relationship with the job performance of the nursing staff of the health centers of the RIS Villa María del Triunfo that provide care as COVID points, Lima 2022" had as its main objective to analyze the relationship of the Leadership styles of the head nurses with the job performance of the nursing staff of the health centers of the RIS Villa María del Triunfo that provide care as COVID points. The present study is of a correlational type because it aims to verify the relationship between the leadership styles of the head nurses of the centers that are COVID points and the job performance of the nursing staff without modifying the reality presented by the participants. The population of the present research was 80 nursing graduates and the sample is equal to the population, that is, it is a universal sample. The technique used was the survey and documentary analysis and as instruments, the Lickert-type scale because it is an already prepared instrument. Regarding the reliability of the leadership styles variable, it has Cronbach's Alpha. 0.85, which suggests that the instrument is reliable. The test result was 0.92, which confirms the hypothesis of general reliability of the instrument. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación titulada: “Estilos de liderazgo de las enfermeras jefe y su relación con el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de los centros de salud de la RIS Villa María del triunfo que brindan atención como puntos COVID, Lima 2022” tuvo como objetivo principal de analizar la relación de los estilos de Liderazgo de las enfermeras jefe con el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de los centros de salud de la RIS Villa María del Triunfo que brindan atención como puntos COVID. El presente estudio es de tipo correlacional porque pretende comprobar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo de las enfermeras jefe de los centros que son puntos COVID y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería sin modificar la realidad que presentan los participantes. la población de la presente investigación fueron 80 licenciadas de enfermería y la muestra es igual a la población, es decir se trata de una muestra universal. la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el análisis documental y como instrumentos, la escala tipo Lickert por ser un instrumento ya elaborado. Respecto a la confiablidad de la variable estilos de liderazgo tiene como Alfa de Cronbach. 0,85, por lo cual se sostiene que el instrumento es confiable. El resultado de la prueba arrojó 0,92, lo que confirma la hipótesis de confiabilidad general del instrumento. | es_ES |
