Quality of care and its relationship with the satisfaction of the internal user attended at the Central Sterilization Unit of the II-1 Moyobamba Hospital, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship of quality of care and the satisfactions perceived by the internal user in the Central Sterilization of Hospital II-1 Moyobamba Peru 2023. The work is quantitative because the systematic collection of information will be carried out numerical and analysis of information through statistical processes, since the data collection is used to show the supporting hypotheses and describe the quality or characteristics to determine the result of the role sample. population. The type of research corresponds to a basic survey. Depending on the scope, it will be descriptive, relevant. The design will be used: Non-experimental since the variables will not be deliberately manipulated for the analysis, they will be used in a natural or real environment. The population will be made up of 356 nursing professionals and non-professionals, of whom 141 will be nurses and 215 will be nursing technicians from Hospital Moyobamba II1, who will be selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.

El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la relación de calidad de atención y las satisfacciones percibidas por el personal de enfermería en la Central de Esterilización del Hospital II-1 Moyobamba Perú 2023. El trabajo es cuantitativo porque se llevará a cabo la recopilación sistemática de información numérica y el análisis de la información mediante procesos estadísticos, ya que la recopilación de datos se utiliza para mostrar las hipótesis de apoyo y describir la calidad o características para determinar el resultado de la muestra de roles. población. El tipo de investigación corresponde a una encuesta básica. Dependiendo del alcance, será descriptivo, relevante. El diseño será utilizado: No experimental ya que las variables no serán manipuladas deliberadamente para el análisis, serán utilizadas en un ambiente natural o real. La población estará conformada por 356 profesionales y no profesionales de enfermería, de los cuales 141 serán enfermeros y 215 serán técnicos de enfermería del Hospital Moyobamba II-1, quienes serán seleccionados en base a criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
