Personality and alcoholism in outpatient patients of the Ñana rehabilitation center, 2021

Abstract

This research work will be developed within the Mental Health and Psychiatry research line, focusing on collecting information that allows the nursing work to be enhanced, with the desire to contribute to the treatment and recovery of patients treated for alcoholism problems. at the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center. Likewise, it seeks to demonstrate the situation that these people are experiencing, so that the nursing professionals who work in this institution can take it as a reference to improve their practice and the humanized care that every professional in this field must exercise. Objective : determine the relationship between personality and alcoholism in outpatient patients of the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center, 2021. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the approach that will be followed is quantitative, basic, with design descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional and hypothetical-deductive method. The study sample will be made up of 40 male patients from the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center and the technique will be the survey, which will be applied using the Eysenck Personality Inventory and a questionnaire to measure the alcoholism variable.

Este trabajo de investigación se desarrollará dentro de la línea de investigación de Salud Mental y Psiquiatría, centrándose en recoger información que permite potenciar la labor de enfermería, con el deseo de contribuir en el tratamiento y recuperación de los pacientes que se atienden por problemas de alcoholismo en el Centro de Rehabilitación de Ñaña. Así también, se busca evidenciar cuál es la situación que viven estas personas, de modo que los profesionales de enfermería que laboran en esta institución puedan tomarlo como un referente para mejorar su práctica y el cuidado humanizado que toda profesional de este ámbito debe ejercer.Objetivo: determinar cuál es la relación entre personalidad y alcoholismo en pacientes de consulta externa del Centro de Rehabilitación de Ñaña, 2021. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: el enfoque que se seguirá es cuantitativo, de tipo básica, con diseño descriptivo-correlacional, no experimental, de corte transversal y método hipotético deductivo. La muestra de estudio estará conformada por 40 pacientes varones del Centro de Rehabilitación de Ñaña y la técnica será la encuesta, que se aplicará mediante el Inventario de Personalidad de Eysenck y de un cuestionario para medir la variable alcoholismo.
