Ergonomic risk related to skeletal muscle disorders in the staff of the sterilization center, Hospital II-EBanda de Shilcayo, 2023

Abstract

Introduction: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are caused by various factors in the work environment. Objective: Determine the ergonomic risk related to musculoskeletal disorders in the staff of the Sterilization Center, Hospital II-E Banda de Shilcayo - 2023. Methods: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will consist of 80 nurses. The survey will be used to apply two Likert-type scale questionnaires adapted by Santa María for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test given the qualitative nature of the variables.

Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo ergonómico relacionado con trastornos músculo esquelético en el personal de Central de Esterilización, Hospital II-E Banda de Shilcayo - 2023. Métodos: estudio de tipo aplicado, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra censal estará constituida por 80 enfermeras. Se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios en escala de tipo Likert adaptados por Santa María para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman dado la naturaleza cualitativa de las variables.
