Level of nurse's knowledge of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation protocol in the emergency department of a hospital in Lima, Lima - 2020

Abstract

Objectives: Determine the level of knowledge of the nurse about the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation protocol of the emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2020. Materials and Methods: Quantitative approach, following a descriptive model and cross-section. The result of the study will indicate how much knowledge nurses have about CPR maneuvers in emergencies. The population in this study will consist of 25 nurses who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument to be used will be a questionnaire with 14 questions, measuring them on three scales as follows: High 10 - 14, medium 5 - 9, low 0 - 4.

Objetivos: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento del enfermero sobre protocolo de reanimación cardiopulmonar básica del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2020. Materiales y Métodos: Enfoque cuantitativo, siguiendo modelo descriptivo y corte transversal. El resultado del estudio nos indicara que tanto conocimiento tienen los enfermeros sobre las maniobras de RCP en emergencia. La población en este estudio estará constituida por 25 enfermeros que cumplan con criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El instrumento a utilizar será un cuestionario con 14 preguntas, midiéndolas en tres escalas de la siguiente manera: Alto 10 - 14, medio 5 - 9, bajo 0 – 4.
