Knowledge about body mechanics and musculoskeletal injuries of the nursing staff of the surgical center of a public hospital of Ica 2023

Abstract

The research has as general objective: To determine the level of knowledge about body mechanics is related to musculoskeletal injuries of the nursing staff of the Surgical Center. Materials and Methods: it is an applied type of research, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross section. Population: The population will be made up of the total nursing staff that works in the surgical center of the Public Hospital of Ica, made up of 85; For the investigation, the total population will be taken, transforming it into a census sample. To measure the variables, 2 questionnaires will be applied with validity and reliability of the data to ensure the transferability of the data. For the analysis of the data, the Excel program will be used for processing and for the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, the SPSS will be used. To contrast the hara hypotheses with Spearman's RHO, the information will be presented in double-entry tables and bar graphs, among others.

La investigación tiene como Objetivo general: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre la mecánica corporal se relaciona con las lesiones musculoesqueléticas del personal de enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico. Materiales y Métodos: es una investigación de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y corte transversal. Población: La población estará conformada por el total del personal de enfermería que labora en centro quirúrgico del Hospital Público de Ica conformado por 85; para la investigación se tomará el total de la población transformándose en una muestra censal. Para medir las variables se aplicarán 2 cuestionaros con validez y confiabilidad de los datos para asegurar la transferibilidad de los datos. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizará el programa Excel para el procesamiento y para el análisis estadístico descriptivo e inferencial se utilizará el SPSS. Para la contrastación de las hipótesis de hará con el RHO de Spearman la información se presentará en tablas de doble entrada y gráficos de barra entre otros
