Resumen
The study will be quantitative in approach, applied type, and non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 108 patients who regularly attend outpatient care at the oncology service of the San José de Chincha Hospital. Obtained according to the application of the probabilistic sample formula. In the data collection technique, the survey will be applied, executed in a single moment, using the instruments called Nyber Caring Assessment (NOA) by Jean Watson and Care - Q (Caring Assessment Instrument) in its short version, for the variables nursing care and patient satisfaction respectively. Regarding the treatment of the data obtained, it will be carried out using the Excel program for its organization and corresponding quality control; then it will be exported to the SPSS software version 24.0 to execute the corresponding statistical calculations, and thus develop tables and graphs for the analysis of the variables explored.
Resumen
El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, y de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, y correlacional. la muestra representativa del estudio estará conformada por 108 pacientes que acuden regularmente a atención ambulatoria al servicio de oncología del Hospital San José de Chincha. Obtenidos de acuerdo con la aplicación de la fórmula de la muestra probabilística. en la técnica de relevamiento de data se aplicará la encuesta, ejecutada en un solo momento, mediante los instrumentos denominados Nyber Caring Assesment (NOA) de Jean Watson y Care – Q (Caring Assesment Instrument) en su versión corta, para las variables cuidados de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente respectivamente. Respecto del tratamiento de la data obtenida se efectuará mediante el programa Excel para su organización y control de calidad correspondiente; luego se exportará al software SPSS versión 24.0 para ejecutar los cálculos estadísticos correspondientes, y así desarrollar tablas y gráficos para el análisis de las variables exploradas.
