Interpersonal relationships and quality of nursing care in patients with covid-19 who attend the emergency service, from the Jesús del Norte clinic, Lima - 2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and quality of nursing care in patients with Covid-19 who come to the emergency service, at the Jesús del Norte Clinic, Lima - 2021. Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical-deductive method of a quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type, with a population of 180 patients per month, a sample of 70 patients will be worked with, since the capacity of the area is 6 patients per day, has as an instrument for the interpersonal relationships variable a survey consisting of 31 items and for quality of nursing care a survey that is made up of 36 items, both instruments were validated by the judgment of 5 experts and obtained a reliability of 0.91 for the interpersonal relationships questionnaire and a value of 0.85 for the quality of nursing care questionnaire, the relationship between the study variables is expected as results.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las relaciones interpersonales y calidad del cuidado enfermería en pacientes con Covid-19 que acuden al servicio de emergencia, de la Clínica Jesús del Norte, Lima- 2021. Material y método: la investigación responde al método hipotético-deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y correlacional, con una población de 180 pacientes al mes, se trabajará con una muestra de 70 pacientes, ya que la capacidad del área es de 6 pacientes por día, tiene como instrumento para la variable relaciones interpersonales una encuesta que consta de 31 ítems y para calidad del cuidado enfermero una encuesta que está conformada por 36 Ítems, ambos instrumentos fueron validados por el juicio de 5 expertos y obtuvieron una confiabilidad de 0.91 del cuestionario relaciones interpersonales y un valor de 0.85 para el cuestionario calidad del cuidado enfermero, se espera como resultados la relación entre las variables de estudio.
