Work stress and work performance in administrative staff in a hospital in Cerro de Pasco, 2023

Abstract

The objective of the study is “To determine the relationship that exists between work stress and work performance in administrative staff in a hospital in Cerro de Pasco”, the population universe will include 60 workers who perform administrative work. The methodological design of the applied, observational study will follow, at a correlational level, in a transversal temporality and with a prospective perspective. It will use two questionnaires: the first taken from the researcher Nataly Dávila (2019) with a reliability of 0.885 will allow the measurement of “Job Stress”, the second taken from the researcher Cindy Flores (2017) with a reliability of 0.839 will allow the measurement of “Job Performance”. The technique for collecting data will be surveys. The processing for data analysis will be carried out using SPSS statistical software version 27. Statistical analysis: Descriptive and analytical analysis will be obtained through non-parametric tests.

El objetivo del estudio es “Determinar la relación que existe entre estrés laboral y desempeño laboral en personal administrativo en un hospital de Cerro de Pasco”, contará como universo poblacional a 60 trabajadores que realizan labor administrativa. Seguirá el diseño metodológico del estudio aplicado, observacional, en un nivel correlacional, en una temporalidad trasversal y con perspectiva prospectiva. Empleará dos cuestionarios: el primero tomado de la investigadora Nataly Dávila (2019) con una confiabilidad de 0.885 permitirá medir “Estrés laboral”, el segundo tomado de la investigadora Cindy Flores (2017) con una confiabilidad de 0.839 permitirá medir “Desempeño laboral”. Como técnica para el recojo de datos será las encuestas. El procesamiento para el análisis de datos se efectuará mediante Software estadístico SPSS versión 27. Análisis estadístico: Se obtendrá análisis descriptivo y analítico mediante pruebas no paramétricas.
