Working conditions and biosafety measures in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of a MINSA hospital - Lima, Lima, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this study is to “Determine the relationship between working conditions and biosafety measures in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of a MINSA hospital – Lima, 2022.” The approach is quantitative, the scope is correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental in design; The sample was made up of 20 people, the technique used was the survey and two questionnaires with 21 questions each were used, in order to measure the variable working conditions and biosafety measures. Both instruments were validated by expert judgment and reliability was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha; In the case of the working conditions questionnaire, it obtained a score of 0.812 and the questionnaire for biosafety measures obtained a score of 0.910, which represent high reliability.

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo “Determinar cuál es la relación entre condiciones de trabajo y medidas de bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería de la central de esterilización de un hospital del MINSA – Lima, 2022”. El enfoque es cuantitativo, el alcance es correlacional, de corte transversal y diseño no experimental; la muestra estuvo conformada por 20 personas, la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y se emplearon dos cuestionarios con 21 preguntas cada uno, a fin de medir las variables condiciones de trabajo y medidas de bioseguridad. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados por juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad se realizó mediante el Alfa de Cronbach; en el caso del cuestionario de condiciones de trabajo obtuvo un puntaje de 0.812 y el cuestionario para medidas de bioseguridad obtuvo un puntaje de 0.910, los cuales representan una fiabilidad alta.
