Psychosocial risk and professional burnout in the health personnel of a mining unit in Moquegua 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between psychosocial risk and professional burnout in health personnel", the population will be constituted by the health personnel of the Moquegua mining unit. Since the population is finite, there will be no sample, because it will be applied to the total population. Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Psychosocial Risk" the questionnaire adapted by Muñoz Agueda et al. in 2022 will be used, high reliability with Crombach's Alpha of 0.7 and to evaluate the variable "Professional Exhaustion" the questionnaire adapted by Rivera Dulce et al 2017 will be applied, high reliability with Crombach's Alpha of 0.885. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: will be performed by descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to their distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson correlation) or nonparametric (Spearman's Rho Correlation).

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre el riesgo psicosocial y el agotamiento profesional en el personal de salud”, población estará constituida por el personal de salud 74 de la unidad minera de Moquegua. Dado que la población es finita no se tendrá muestra, porque se aplicará al total de la población. Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Riesgo Psicosocial” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Muñoz Agueda et al. en el 2022, confiabilidad alta con Alpha de Crombach de 0.7 y para evaluar la variable “Agotamiento Profesional” se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Rivera Dulce et al 2017, confiabilidad alta con Alpha de Crombach de 0.885. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de pruebas estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de pearson) o no paramétricas (Correlación Rho de Spearman).
