Nursing knowledge and care on biosafety measures in the management of central venous catheters of nursing staff working in the intensive care unit of the Arzobispo Loayza Hospital - Lima, 2021

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to determine the level of knowledge and nursing carne con biosafety measures in the management of central venous catheters of the nursing staff who work in the intensive care unit of the hospital Arzobispo Loayza-lima, -2021. It will be carried putt in the intensive care unit service at the Arzobispo Loayza hospital, level II-3. The population is 120 nurses who work in the general ICU unit and the sample is made up of 92 nurses. The research method is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach. The research design will be non-experimental, cross-sectional with a correlational level. The technique to be used in the research to measure knowledge is the survey through the elaboration of a questionnaire as an instrument and the technique to measure nursing care is observation whose instrument is a checklist, which was adapted by (Anaya and Medrano, 2016)., for the knowledge and nursing care variable, the expert judgment test was used whose method was Aiken's V, resulting in 0.996 for the knowledge variable and 0.90 for the nursing care variable, representing high validity. of the instrument. The reliability used was Kuder Richarson KR20 for knowledge obtaining 0.861 and KR20 for nursing care obtaining 0.809, which indicates that the instrument is statistically reliable.

La presente investigación Tuvo como objetivo de determinar el nivel de conocimiento y cuidados de enfermería sobre las medidas de bioseguridad en el manejo de catéter venoso central del personal de enfermería que labora en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital arzobispo loayza-lima, -2021.La población es de 120 enfermeras con una muestra conformada por 92 enfermeras. El método de investigación es hipotético deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental de corte transversal de nivel correlacional. La técnica a utilizar en la investigación para medir el conocimiento es la encuesta mediante la elaboración de un cuestionario como instrumento y la técnica para medir el cuidado de enfermería es la observación cuyo instrumento es una lista de chequeo, el cual fue adaptado por (Anaya y Medrano,2016)., para la variable conocimiento y cuidado de enfermería se utilizó la prueba de juicio de expertos cuyo método fue V de Aiken, teniendo como resultado para la variable conocimiento 0.996 y para la variable cuidado de enfermería 0.90,representando alta validez del instrumento. La confiabilidad utilizada fue kuder richarson KR20 para conocimientos obteniendo 0.861 y KR20 para cuidados de enfermería obteniendo 0.809, lo cual nos indica que el instrumento es confiable estadísticamente.
