Knowledge of healthy lunch box in mothers of children in the third and fourth grade of primary school SJL educational institution

Abstract

General OBJECTIVE is to determine the level of knowledge about healthy lunch boxes in mothers of third and fourth grade children. MATERIALS AND METHODS: a cross-sectional non-experimental quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 52 mothers of third and fourth grade children. To collect data, the survey method was used, the tool of which was the previously validated and reliable questionnaire. The Excel program was used to process the results. RESULTS: the majority of mothers have high knowledge about healthy lunch boxes; in terms of the dimensions of the variable, high knowledge also predominated. CONCLUSIONS: Knowledge of healthy lunch boxes in mothers of children in the third and fourth grades of SJL Educational Institution” is high.

Objetivo general es Determinar el nivel de conocimientos sobre lonchera saludable en madres de niños de tercero y cuarto de primaria. Materiales y Métodos: un enfoque cuantitativo no experimental de corte transversal. En la muestra estuvo conformada por 52 madres de niños de tercero y cuarto de primaria. Para la recaudación de datos se empleó el método de la encuesta cuya herramienta fue el cuestionario previamente validado y con confiabilidad. Para el procesamiento de resultados se empleó el programa Excel. Resultados: la mayoría de las madres poseen un conocimiento alto sobre la loncheras saludables, en cuanto a las dimensiones de la variable también predomino el conocimiento alto. Conclusiones: El Conocimiento de lonchera saludable en madres de niños del tercero y cuarto de primaria Institución Educativa SJL” es alto.
