Objetive: to determine the burden of the caregiver of a child with autism spectrum disorder and its relationship with the level of stress of the family member, who attends the community health center, 2023. The population will be made up of the parents of a health facility of the DIRIS Lima Norte, during the months of October to November 2023. Said establishment has a total of 200 Autism patients, counting to date 80 parents, who are the total population. Methodological Design: The type of research will be basic. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional. The Zarit questionnaire will be used to evaluate the caregiver burden variable and the parental stress questionnaire for the stress level variable, both with acceptable reliability and validity values. The technique to collect data will be surveys. Statistical processing and data analysis: a descriptive analysis will be carried out, expressed in frequency tables; the inferential analysis will be carried out using parametric (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Chi-square) tests.

determinar la carga de cuidador de niño con trastorno de espectro autista y su relación con el nivel de estrés de familiar, que asiste al centro de salud comunitario, 2023.La población estará conformada por los padres de familia de un establecimiento de salud de la DIRIS Lima Norte, durante los meses de octubre a noviembre del 2023. Dicho establecimiento cuenta con un total de 200 pacientes de Autismo, contando a la fecha de 80 padres, siendo ellos la población total. Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será básico. Diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. Para evaluar la variable de carga de cuidador se utilizará el cuestionario Zarit y para la variable nivel de estrés el cuestionario de estrés parental, ambos con valores de confiabilidad y validez aceptables. La técnica para recolectar data serán las encuestas. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se procederá con un análisis descriptivo, expresado en tablas de frecuencias, el análisis inferencial se ejecutará mediante pruebas paramétricas (Correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (Chi cuadrado).
