Anxiety level in the pre-operated patient of the general surgery service of a national hospital in Lima, 2021

Abstract

The study “Anxiety level in the pre-operated patient of the General Surgery service of the National Hospital of Lima, has as follows: Aim. It will determine the Level of Anxiety in the pre-operated patient of the General Surgery Service of the National Hospital of Lima January - June 2021. Materials and Methods. The type of research will be quantitative in approach, the methodological design will be non-experimental. The population will be made up of 70 patients scheduled for surgery from the general surgery service of a National Hospital in Lima. Those investigated will be chosen according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria proposed in the study. The survey technique will be used, through which the data will be obtained in an efficient and timely manner. To measure the level of anxiety in the preoperative patient, the ZUNG anxiety evaluation scale (EAA), by Gladys Lidia Delgadillo Yaranga, which consists of 20 questions, will be used as an instrument.

El estudio “ Nivel de ansiedad en el paciente pre operado del servicio de Cirugía General Del Hospital Nacional de Lima, tiene como: Objetivo. Será, determinar el Nivel de Ansiedad en el paciente preoperado del Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital Nacional de Lima Enero – Junio 2021. Materiales y Métodos. El tipo de investigación será de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño metodológico será no experimental. La población será conformada por 70 pacientes programados a cirugía del servicio de cirugía general de un Hospital Nacional de Lima, los investigados serán elegidos de acuerdo al criterio de inclusión y exclusión propuestas en el estudio. Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta, mediante la cual se conseguirá los datos de manera eficiente y oportuna. Para medir el nivel de ansiedad en el paciente pre operatorio, se utilizará como instrumento la escala de evaluación de la ansiedad de ZUNG (EAA), de Gladys Lidia Delgadillo Yaranga, que consta de 20 preguntas.
