Quality of care of the nursing staff and its relationship with the comprehensive safety of the patient during the intraoperative period in the surgical center of the Huacho regional hospital, 2023

Abstract

Objective: It aims to analyze the relationship between the quality of care of the nursing staff and the comprehensive safety of the patient during intraoperative period in Surgical Center of Regional Hospital of Huacho, 2023. Materials and Methods: It has a quantitative approach, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, it will be made up of a population of 60 patients from Surgical Center and sample will be entire population, the instruments called quality of care of the nursing team containing 15 items and the second instrument called patient safety containing 20 items, containing closed questions. Results: It will be presented using Microsoft Excel 2023 system and SPSS v.26.0 through graphs that will evaluate relationship between the two study variables.

Objetivo: Tiene como objetivo analizar la relación de la calidad del cuidado del personal de enfermería con la seguridad integral del paciente durante el intraoperatorio en el Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Huacho, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: Es enfoque cuantitativo, corte trasversal, diseño no experimental, estará conformado de 60 pacientes de Centro Quirúrgico y la muestra será la totalidad de población, los instrumentos denominados calidad del cuidado de equipo de enfermería conteniendo 15 ítems y el segundo instrumento denominado seguridad del paciente conteniendo 20 ítems, conteniendo preguntas cerradas. Resultados: Se presentará mediante el sistema Microsoft Excel 2023 y SPSS en versión 26.0 a través de gráficos que evaluarán su vinculación entre variables de análisis.
