Satisfaction of nursing care in patients treated in the general surgery service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital 2021

Abstract

In the present study, the objective is to determine the satisfaction of nursing care in patients treated in the general surgery service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, the methodological design is quantitative, application level, descriptive method and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 1,200 patients treated in the general surgery service, with a sample of 291 patients treated during the months of January and July 2021, the study and analysis that will be obtained through the application of the SERVQUAL evaluation instrument adapted to measure satisfaction levels based on patients' perceptions and expectations, evaluated in 5 dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, security, empathy, tangible aspects. Data collection would be done with the authorization of the head of the service and the informed consent of the participants.

En el presente estudio el objetivo es determinar la satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en los pacientes atendidos en el servicio de cirugía general Del hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, el diseño metodológico es de tipo cuantitativo, nivel aplicativo, método descriptivo y corte transversal. La población estará conformada por 1200 pacientes atendidos en el servicio de cirugía general, con una muestra de 291 pacientes atendidos durante los meses de enero y julio del 2021, el estudio y análisis que se obtendrá mediante la aplicación del instrumento de evaluación SERVQUAL adaptado para medir niveles de satisfacción en base a la percepciones y expectativas de los pacientes, evaluadas en 5 dimensiones (fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad, empatía, aspectos tangibles. La recolección de datos se tomaría con la autorización de la jefa del servicio y el consentimiento informado de los participantes.
