Level of satisfaction of adolescents and its relationship with the care provided by the nursing professional in the vaccination area by COVID-19 of the Santa Teresa de Chorrillos Health Post, Lima 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of satisfaction of adolescents and its relationship with the care of the nursing professional in the COVID-19 vaccination area of ​​the Santa Teresa de Chorrillos Health Post, Lima 2022. Methodology: The present study is a type of non-experimental methodological design of correlational level. The population of this research was 100 patients who came to the immunization area and the sample was the same as the population, that is, obtained by non-probabilistic sampling. The technique used was the survey and as instruments, the “Level of Satisfaction” questionnaire, created by Arteaga in 2003 and modified by Quispe in 2011, and the “Nursing Care” questionnaire, created by Guzmán Ortiz in 2004.

Objetivo: Determinar el Nivel de satisfacción de los adolescentes y su relación con la atención del profesional de enfermería en el área de vacunación por COVID-19 del Puesto de Salud Santa Teresa de Chorrillos, Lima 2022. Metodología: El presente estudio es de tipo un diseño metodológico no experimental de nivel correlacional. La población de la presente investigación fueron 100 pacientes que acuden al área de inmunizaciones y la muestra fue igual que la población, es decir obtenida por muestreo no probabilístico. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos, el cuestionario “Nivel de satisfacción”, creado por Arteaga el año 2003 y modificado por Quispe el 2011 y el cuestionario de “Atención de Enfermería”, creado por Guzmán Ortiz el año 2004.
