Level of managerial skills in nursing service chiefs in a level IV hospital in Lima

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the level of management skills in service chief nurses in a level IV hospital from January to December 2021 in Lima. Methodology: the method will be deductive with a quantitative approach, the type of research: it will be applied, with a design: observational, descriptive, transversal. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 58 nursing professionals in charge of heads of nursing services with face-to-face and remote work in a level IV hospital, the data collection technique and instruments: in the data collection technique, the survey at a single moment, using the instrument “management skills”, which represents a Cron Bach Alpha of 0.964. Procedure: The data obtained will be processed over a period of two months, and the Excel program will be used as a tool, for greater precision and accuracy, then it will be exported to SPSS version 25.0 software. Statistical analysis: for the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, measures of central tendency, and dispersion and graphic representations will be used.

El objeto del estudio, determinar nivel de habilidades gerenciales, en enfermeras jefes de servicio en un hospital nivel IV de enero a diciembre 2021 en Lima. Metodología: el método será deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación: será aplicada, con diseño: observacional, descriptivo, transversal. La muestra representativa del estudio estará conformada por 58 profesionales de enfermería con cargo de jefes de servicios de enfermería con trabajo presencial y remoto en un hospital nivel IV, la técnica e instrumentos de recolección de datos: en la técnica de relevamiento de data se aplicará la encuesta en un solo momento, mediante el instrumento “habilidades gerenciales “lo que representa un Alfa Cron Bach De 0.964. Procedimiento: Los datos obtenidos se procesarán en un periodo de dos meses, y como herramienta se utilizará el programa Excel, para mayor precisión y exactitud, luego se exportará a un software SPSS versión 25.0. Análisis estadístico: para la evaluación descriptiva se utilizará tablas de frecuencia, medidas de tendencia central, y dispersión y representaciones gráficas.
