Ergonomic risks associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the surgical center, Goyeneche Hospital in Arequipa, 2022.

Abstract

English: Objective: "To determine the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff in a surgical center." Population: It will be 93 people (57 nurses and 36 technicians) who work at the Goyeneche Hospital in Arequipa. Sample: The total sample will be the total population, that is, 93 people. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method will be hypothetical deductive, cross-sectional. The design will be correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable: "Ergonomic risks", the questionnaire modified by Chambilla in 2019 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.733 and for the variable: "Musculoskeletal disorders", the questionnaire created by Santamaría in 2018 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.981. The survey will be used as a data collection technique. Data processing and analysis: This will be carried out by applying the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics by applying the Spearman R test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre los riesgos ergonómicos y los trastornos musculoesquelético en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico”. Población: será de 93 personas (57 enfermeras y 36 técnicos) que laboran en el Hospital Goyeneche de Arequipa. Muestra: El total de la muestra será el total de la población, es decir, 93 personas. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético deductivo, de corte transversal. El diseño será correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable: “Riesgos ergonómicos”, se aplicará el cuestionario modificado por Chambilla en el 2019, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.733 y para la variable: “Trastornos musculoesquelético”, se aplicará el cuestionario creado por Santamaría en 2018, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.981. Se utilizará la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba R de Spearman para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
