Level of physical activity in patients undergoing hemodialysis renal replacement therapy at the Centromed Clinic of Humanity Lima

Abstract

Physical activity plays a very important role for people's well-being and quality of life. The Objective of this research is: To determine the level of physical activity of patients in hemodialysis therapy at the Centromed de la Humanidad clinic, year 2020. Material and methods: The present study will have a quantitative approach and its measurement scale is ordinal. The study population consists of 132 patients receiving hemodialysis therapy. The study instrument is the IPAQ (instrument that measures physical activity).

La actividad física juega un rol muy importante para el bienestar y la calidad de vida de las personas. La presente investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de actividad física de pacientes en terapia de hemodiálisis en la clínica Centromed de la humanidad, año 2020. Material y métodos: El presente estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo y su escala de medición es ordinal. La población de estudio consta de 132 pacientes que reciben terapia de hemodiálisis. El instrumento de estudio es el IPAQ (instrumento que mide la actividad física).
