Quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the hospitalized user in the emergency service in an Ate Vitarte hospital, during the second wave of Covid-19, Lima 2021

| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The nursing professional is considered the backbone of the healthcare system, and the quality of care has been tested due to COVID-19, especially with the shortage of material and human resources. In such circumstances, professionalism has been paramount. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction among hospitalized users in the emergency service of a hospital in Ate Vitarte during the second wave of COVID-19, Lima, 2021. Method: Hypothetical-deductive approach, basic study, transactional, quantitative focus, non-experimental design. The population and sample consist of 65 patients from the emergency observation service of a hospital in Ate Vitarte. The technique used is a survey. To measure the nursing care quality variable, the questionnaire modified by Moroco in 2018 will be employed. The instrument consists of 20 items with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.704. For the patient satisfaction variable, the instrument modified by Ganoza in 2018, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.85, will be used. The data will be processed in an Excel database, and the analysis will be performed using SPSS statistical software. The results will be tested using the Chi-square test and presented in tables and figures. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Introducción: El Enfermería es considerado la columna vertebral del sistema sanitario, la calidad del cuidado se ha puesto a prueba causa de la COVID-19, ante el déficit de recursos materiales y humanos, primo el profesionalismo. El estudio posee por objetivo determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado enfermero y satisfacción del usuario hospitalizado en el servicio de emergencia en un Hospital de Ate Vitarte, durante la segunda ola de la COVID-19, Lima 2021. Método hipotético deductivo, estudio básico, transaccional, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, la población y muestra son los 65 usuarios del servicio de observación de emergencia de un Hospital de Ate Vitarte, la técnica empleada es la encuesta. Para medir la variable calidad del cuidado enfermero se empleara el cuestionario modificado por Moroco en el 2018, el instrumento consta de 20 Items con un alfa de Cronbach de 0,704, la variable satisfacción del usuario hospitalizado utilizara el instrumento modificado por Ganoza (2018) con un alfa de Cronbach 0,85, los datos serán procesados en la base de datos de Excel, se realizara el análisis mediante el programa estadístico SPSS, la contrastación de resultados sera mediante la Prueba de Chi cuadrado y presentados en tablas y figuras. | es_ES |
