Level of job satisfaction of the nursing staff at the sterilization center, at the International clinic, San Borja headquarters, Lima - 2021

Abstract

Determine the level of job satisfaction of nursing staff, in a clinic in Lima, Peru, 2021. Methodology: Study with a quantitative, cross-sectional approach and descriptive design. The population is made up of the nursing staff of the Sterilization Center of the San Borja International Clinic, made up of 22 workers, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection techniques and instruments: The technique that will be used will be the survey, and the instrument will be the job satisfaction questionnaire created by Sonia Palma. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in 3 months, in the Central Sterilization service of the San Borja International Clinic. Once the information is collected, the data will be entered into a database in the SPSS Version 26 program. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive analysis, frequency tables and graphic representations will be used.

Determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería, de una clínica en Lima, Perú, 2021. Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal y diseño descriptivo. La población está constituida por el personal de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización de la Clínica Internacional Sede San Borja, conformado por 22 trabajadores, seleccionados según criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: La técnica que se utilizará será la encuesta, y el instrumento será el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral creado por Sonia Palma. Procedimientos: La recolección de datos se realizará en 3 meses, en el servicio de Central de esterilización de la Clínica Internacional Sede San Borja. Recolectada la información se ingresaran los datos a una base en el programa SPSS Versión 26. Análisis Estadístico: Para el análisis descriptivo se hará uso de tablas de frecuencias y representaciones gráficas.
