Knowledge about kidney disease and adherence to hemodialysis treatment of patients at hospital ii – Minsa Tarapoto in the year 2022

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the knowledge about kidney disease and how it influences adherence to hemodialysis treatment in patients at the Hospital II – MINSA Tarapoto in 2022. Materials and methods: This study adopts deductive and observational research methods. It will include a total of 45 patients attending the Hospital II in Tarapoto during the first quarter of 2022. The instrument used to assess variable #1 is the Questionnaire on the degree of information of patients with CKD, developed by Grandes and Vásquez (33), which contains 15 items divided into 3 dimensions. For the second variable, the Adherence to Dialysis Treatment Questionnaire, authored by Lozada V. (35), containing 18 items divided into 3 dimensions, will be used. Data processing plans will involve entering the data into Microsoft Excel, and they will be analyzed using IBM software, followed by the creation of tables and charts. Descriptive analysis will be applied, followed by inferential analysis using a Chi-square hypothesis test.

El presente estudio de investigación tiene por objetivo Determinar el conocimientos sobre la enfermedad renal y como influye en la adherencia al tratamiento de hemodiálisis de los pacientes del Hospital II – MINSA Tarapoto en el año 2022. Materiales y métodos; este estudio adopta métodos de investigación deductivos y observacional. Estará conformada por la totalidad de 45 pacientes asistentes al hospital tipo II de Tarapoto, durante el primer trimestre del año 2022, El instrumento utilizado para evaluar la variable N° 1, Cuestionario sobre el grado de información del paciente con ERC elaborado por Grandes y Vásquez (33), contiene 15 ítems incorporados en 3 dimensiones, Para la segunda variable se utilizara el cuestionario Nivel de Adherencia al tratamiento dialítico, de autoría de Lozada V. (35) contiene 18 ítems, incorporado en 3 dimensiones. Los planes de procesos de datos serán ingresados en el programa Microsoft Excel, se analizarán mediante IBM, para posterior mente graficar tablas y gráficos.
