Relationship between stress and professional health service in San Conrado de los Olivos Polyclinic, 2022

Abstract

In the professional health service, the excessive demand for care, the demand above their knowledge, skills or expectations; They cause anxiety, depression, demotivation and dissatisfaction; a stress that influences the degree of performance of the nursing professional. The objective of the research is to establish the relationship between stress and the professional health service at the San Conrado de Los Olivos Polyclinic. The study will be quantitative, applied, descriptive-correlational, non-experimental and transectional. The study sample population will be 42 nurses. The technique will be the survey and the instruments will be the adapted “Nursing Stress Scale” questionnaire and the questionnaire on professional health service.

En el servicio profesional de salud, la excesiva demanda de atenciones, la exigencia por encima de sus conocimientos, destrezas o expectativas; le ocasionan ansiedad, depresión, desmotivación e insatisfacción; un estrés que influye en el grado de desempeño del profesional de enfermería. El Objetivo de la investigación es establecer la relación que hay entre el estrés y el servicio profesional de salud en Policlínico San Conrado de Los Olivos, el estudio será cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, descriptiva-correlacional, no experimental y transeccional. La población muestra de estudio será de 42 enfermeros. La técnica será el sondeo y los instrumentos serán el cuestionario “Escala de Estrés de Enfermería” adaptado y el cuestionario sobre servicio profesional de salud.
