Knowledge and practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process of laparoscopic surgery instruments at the Moquegua regional hospital, Lima - Peru, 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the practice of the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization process of laparoscopic surgery instruments at the Moquegua Regional Hospital. Methodology: It is a cross-sectional, non-experimental correlational study. The population will be made up of the registered personnel of the surgical center and sterilization center service. The technique that will be used are Instruments that will help collect the data: The collection of information will be carried out through the survey and observation technique; A questionnaire and a checklist will be used as instruments. During processing, authorization will be requested and applied. The reliability through the SPS - VS 17 program, the reliability through the analysis of Crombach's Alpha coefficient, the Spearman Rank correlation test and for the analysis of Chi square variables, and it will be supported by the average of the correlations within the items. The data will be processed by the SPSS version 17 statistical package. In the final presentation, it will be observed through simple tables and bar graphs, which will lead to the interpretation of the results obtained and to be able to carry out the discussion. At the end, the conclusions and recommendations of the study.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación de nivel de conocimiento con la práctica del proceso de limpieza, desinfección y esterilización del instrumental de cirugía laparoscópica del Hospital Regional Moquegua. Metodología: Es un estudio correlacional transversal, no experimental. La población estará conformada por el personal censado del servicio de centro quirúrgico y central de esterilización. La técnica que utilizara son Instrumentos que ayudaran a recolectar los datos: La recolección de la información se realizará mediante la técnica de la encuesta y observación; como instrumentos se utilizará un cuestionario y la lista de cotejo. En el procesamiento se pedirá autorización y se aplicara. La confiabilidad mediante el programa SPS - VS 17, la fiabilidad mediante el análisis del coeficiente Alfa de Crombach, se realizara la prueba de correlación de Rangos de Spearman y para el análisis de variables Chi cuadrado, y se apoyara, en el promedio de las correlaciones dentro de los ítems. Los datos serán procesados por el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 17. En la presentación final se observara mediante las tablas simples y gráficos de barra, a lo que llevara, a la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos y poder realizar la discusión, al finalizar se darán las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio.
