Psychosocial factors and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers of the María Auxiliadora General Hospital in Lima, 2022

Abstract

Introduction: The custom directly related to the dependence and exclusivity of breastfeeding in infants with less than one hundred and eighty days, necessarily corresponds to a natural and simple diet, effective and key in the integral development of minors, thus constituting exclusive breastfeeding. maternal in a main factor of the future individual, in this sense, improving the environment of the mother in the psychosocial aspects, will contribute to reduce the cases of abandonment of the infant, thus improving the ability as well as the practices of breastfeeding with the excellent food that the Mom can provide her progeny, also considering that it is not only due to its nutritional composition, but also due to the direct, binding and affective relationship that originates with its mother, necessarily constituting something very precious as an exceptional and unforgettable practice. Objective: To determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers at the María Auxiliadora General Hospital in Lima, 2022. Methods: It includes one of a cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational type with the investigation of the maintenance of values where show the variables. The population and sample is considered, deliberated and will be made up of the mothers with their minors older than six months and located in the breastfeeding environments of the María Auxiliadora General Hospital in Lima, including work in April, May and June of 2022. The survey achieved through the reference and executed to the mothers in April, May and June, will be handled using the SPSS software and in the verification of hypotheses, the information obtained will be worked with the R Pearson.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación de los factores psicosociales y la práctica de la lactancia materna exclusiva en madres del Hospital General María Auxiliadora en Lima, 2022. Métodos: Comprende a uno de tipo transversal, descriptivo, correlacional con la indagación del mantenimiento de valores donde se evidencien las variables. La población y muestra es considerada, deliberada y quedará integrada por las mamas con sus menores con una edad anteriores a los seis meses y localizadas en los ambientes de lactancia materna del Hospital General María Auxiliadora en Lima comprendido el trabajo en abril, mayo y junio del 2022. La encuesta lograda a través de la referencia y ejecutados a las madres en abril, mayo y junio, serán manejados mediante el software SPSS y en la comprobación de hipótesis, la información obtenida será trabajada con la R Pearson.
