Lifestyle and work stress and in nursing staff of the intensive care unit of a public hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this research work is; relationship between lifestyle and work stress and in Nursing Staff of the Intensive Care Unit of a Public Hospital in Lima, 2023, the research method that will be applied is the hypothetical deductive since the results are intended to be presented in a logical way, with a quantitative approach allowing the quantification of the facts of the investigation and of an applied type since it will seek the solution of a reality, with a non-experimental design, with a cross section and a correlational scope. The sample will be made up of 100 nursing staff. Likewise, for data collection, the "Burnout Invetory" and "Fantastic" questionnaires will be used to measure both variables. The analysis processing will be executed through two analysis processes, a descriptive one that is represented by tables and graphs, the second process an inferential analysis through the application of Spearman's Rho test for the verification of hypotheses.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo; determinar la relación del estilo de vida y estrés Laboral y en el Personal de Enfermería de la unidad de cuidados Intensivos de un Hospital Público de Lima, 2023, metodología: el método de investigación que se aplicará es el hipotético deductivo ya que los resultados tienen la intensión de ser presentados de manera lógica, con un enfoque cuantitativo permitiendo la cuantificación de los hechos de la investigación y de tipo aplicada ya que buscará la solución de una realidad , con un diseño no experimental, con un corte transversal y un alcance correlacional. La muestra estará conformada 100 personal de enfermería. Así mismo para recolección de información se usarán el cuestionario de “Burnout Invetory “y “Fantastic” para medir ambas variables. El procesamiento de análisis se realizará en programa estadístico del SPSS versión 26 en donde se ejecutará a través de dos procesos de análisis, uno descriptivo que es representado por tablas y gráficos, el segundo proceso un análisis inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para la comprobación de hipótesis
