Knowledge about the prevention of chronic kidney disease in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension at a hospital in Lima, 2021

Abstract

Objective: Establish the level of knowledge about the prevention of chronic kidney disease in patients with diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension of the older adult program of the Lima 2021 hospital. Methodology: The quantitative approach research work will be carried out in a descriptive type. and diagonal The residents will be made up of 50 patients with hyperglycemia, increased blood pressure in the senior citizen program of the Lima hospital, patients selected according to insertion and elimination criteria in the research study. Information documentation: The survey technique will be used. The documentation that will be executed is the structured form, which will measure in dimensions the degree of understanding about the extent of chronic kidney disease in patients with arterial hypertension and hyperglycemia. Procedure: The questionnaire will be carried out in 3 months in the older adult program in people with hyperglycemia, increased blood pressure at the Lima 2021 hospital. Once the information from the structured questionnaire has been collected, it will be entered into a directory. and statistical programming. Statistical analysis: statistical analysis and evidence of results will be carried out through the use of frequency tables and graphic comparisons, measuring the degree of understanding of the variable of said study and coding work and entering the SPPS statistical program for subsequent evaluation.

Objetivo: Establecer el nivel de conocimiento sobre la prevención de la enfermedad renal crónica en pacientes con diabetes mellitus e hipertensión arterial del programa del adulto mayor del hospital de lima 2021.Metodologia: El trabajo de indagacion de enfoque cuantitativo se llegara a realizar de tipo descriptivo y diagonal Los residentes estará conformada por 50 pacientes con hiperglucemia aumento de la presión sanguínea en el programa del adulto mayor del hospital de lima, pacientes seleccionados acorde a criterios de inserción y eliminación en el estudio de investigación. La documentación de informacion: Se usara la técnica de la encuesta La documentación que se ejecutara es el formulario estructurado, el cual se medirá en dimensiones el grado de entendimiento sobre la medida de la patología renal crónica en pacientes con hipertensión arterial y hiperglucemia .Procedimiento: El cuestionario se realizara en 3 meses en el programa del adulto mayor en personas con hiperglucemia aumento de la presión sanguinea en el hospital de lima 2021.Una vez recolectada la información del cuestionario estructurado se vaciara a un directorio y programación estadística .Analisis estadístico: se realizara el análisis estadístico y evidencia de resultados atreves de uso de tablas de frecuencias y comparaciones gráficas , medir el grado de entendimiento de variable de dicho trabajo de estudio y codificación e ingresar programa estadístico SPPS para posterior evaluación.
