Quality of nursing care of the patient in the emergency department of the Guillermo Almenara National Hospital, Lima - Peru 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the level of quality of patient nursing care in the emergency service of the Guillermo Almenara National Hospital, Lima - Peru 2021. Material and method: Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach study. The population is made up of 3000, the sampling size will be 314 patients, the sampling size will be calculated in the emergency service of the Hospital Almenará Lima, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research, Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: A survey will be presented using a questionnaire called Quality of Nursing Care, based on the Jean Watson humanized care theory. Procedures: Data collection will take approximately 20 minutes on average for each patient in the Emergency Service. Once the information has been collected through the application of the instrument, the tabulation of the collected data is carried out and it will be processed in the Excel program and the in software. Statistical Analysis: SPSS 23 program, at the end the statistical tables will be prepared, from there the results obtained from the project will be interpreted

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de calidad del cuidado enfermero del paciente en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara, Lima - Perú 2021. Material y método: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal. La población está formada por 3000, por tamaño muestreo será de 314 pacientes calculado el tamaño muestreo en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital almenará Lima, seleccionados de acuerdo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se presentará una encuesta mediante un cuestionario denominado Calidad del cuidado de Enfermería, basado en la teoría cuidado humanizado Jean Watson. Procedimientos: La recolección de datos será aproximadamente 20 minutos en tiempo promedio por cada paciente en el servicio de Emergencia Una vez recolectada la información mediante la aplicación del instrumento, se realiza la tabulación de los datos recolectados y se procesará en el programa de Excel y el en software. Análisis Estadístico: programa de SPSS 23, al finalizar se elaborará las tablas estadísticas, de ahí se interpretará los resultados obtenidos del proyecto
