Therapeutic communication and its relationship with the emotional support perceived by family members from nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit at the National Hospital Dos de Mayo, Lima 2022

Abstract

The research work entitled “Therapeutic Communication and Emotional Support perceived by the family member provided by the nurse in the ICU service of the Hospital Nacional dos de Mayo – Lima 2022” the central objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exists between therapeutic communication and the emotional support perceived by the family member provided by the nurse in the ICU service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital Lima 2022, the present study is correlational, descriptive, cross-sectional, the population and sampling is 50 relatives of critically ill patients who are in the HNDM ICU waiting room, the technique used is the survey, the scale is Lickert type. The validation of the instrument was created in Peru, by Rosa Franco Canales in 2003. , Aiken's v test was used where a result of 1 was reached, and Cronbach's Alpha. 0.80, which is why it is maintained that the instrument is reliable.

El trabajo de investigación titulada“Comunicación Terapéutica y Apoyo Emocional percibido por el familiar que brinda la enfermera en el servicio de UCI del Hospital Nacional dos de Mayo – Lima 2022” el objetivo central de esta investigación Determinar la relación que existe entre la comunicación terapéutica y el apoyo emocional percibido por el familiar que brinda la enfermera en el servicio de uci del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo Lima 2022, el presente estudio es de tipo correlacional ,descriptivo de corte transversal, la población y el muestreo es de 50 parientes de pacientes críticos que se encuentran en la sala de espera de uci del HNDM, la técnica utilizada es la encuesta la escala es de tipo Lickert , La validación del instrumento fue creado en Perú, por medio de Rosa Franco canales en el año 2003, se empleó la prueba v de Aiken donde se alcanzó resultado de 1, y Alfa de Cronbach. 0,80, por lo cual se sostiene que el instrumento es confiable.
