Health institutions around the world are aware of the challenges that the arrival of a globalized world entails and assume responsibility for the quality of continuous improvement in health care, this work aims to determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Service of the Hospital Mongrut de EsSalud, year 2023. Regarding the methodology, it will follow the hypothetical - deductive method. It will be of a quantitative approach of applied type and of correlational level and non-experimental design. Given the size of the population, a "census population" is used; therefore, the sample will be made up of 150 patients from the Emergency Service of the Hospital Mongrut de EsSalud. The technique used will be the survey and the instrument will be a self-applied questionnaire of 24 closed questions; the same ones that will be analyzed through the statistical program SPSS V. 28 and through the hypothesis test using the Pearson coefficient.
Resumen
Las instituciones de salud de todo el mundo son conscientes de los desafíos que conlleva la llegada de un mundo globalizado y asumen la responsabilidad de la calidad de la mejora continua en la atención de la salud, este trabajo tiene por objetivo Determinar la relación entrela calidad del cuidado enfermero y la satisfacción del paciente en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Mongrut de EsSalud, año 2023. En cuanto a la metodología seguirá el método hipotético – deductivo. Será de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada y de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental. Dado el tamaño de la población, se utiliza una “población censal“, la muestra, por tanto, estará formada por 150 pacientes del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Mongrut de EsSalud. La técnica empleada será la encuesta y el instrumento será un cuestionario autoaplicado de 24 preguntas cerradas; las mismas que serán analizadas mediante el programa estadístico SPSS V. 28 y mediante la prueba de hipótesis empleando el coeficiente de Pearson.
