Adherence to treatment and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure, in a national hospital of the MINSA, 2022

Abstract

The objective of this project is to determine how adherence to treatment affects the quality of life in patients with Chronic Kidney Failure, in a national MINSA hospital, 2022; It is also a study with a quantitative approach, a hypothetical/deductive method, an applied type with a correlational descriptive level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design; We will work with a sample population of 60 patients with Chronic Kidney Failure, in a national MINSA hospital, 2022, who will participate through two instruments: a 20-item questionnaire for the Adherence to treatment variable and another with 32 items for quality of life. .

El presente proyecto tiene el objetivo de determinar cómo la adherencia al tratamiento incide en la calidad de vida en pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica, en un hospital nacional del MINSA, 2022; asimismo es un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético/deductivo, de tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal; se trabajará con una población muestral de 60 pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica, en un hospital nacional del MINSA, 2022, quienes participaran mediante dos instrumentos: un cuestionario de 20 ítems para la variable Adherencia al tratamiento y otro de 32 ítems para la calidad de vida.
