Mothers' attitude and its relationship with the provision of micronutrients in children aged 6 to 35 months at Pedregal Health Center - Surquillo 2022

Abstract

Anemia affects and causes death in children living in developing countries around the world, one of them is Peru, a country where poverty affects the majority of the population, despite the efforts of the programs. preventive measures, there is an incidence of anemic children, many times they are due to multiple factors, mothers have negative attitudes in the provision of a diet rich in iron and poor adherence in the preparation and administration of micronutrients, which will cause negative repercussions on the health of their children. It is where the nurse must train the parents about the importance of the supply of micronutrients and adherence to the program, so that the mothers present positive attitudes. The research work will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship between the level of mothers' attitude and the supply of micronutrients in children from 6 to 35 months at the Pedregal Health Center in Surquillo 2022. The study will be cross-sectional observational . With a sample of 112 mothers of children from 6 to 35 months. Two data collection surveys will be used, the first with 25 questions and the second with 15 questions, and they will be processed with the SPSS version 24 program, to see the correlation of the study it will be the chi square, and informed consent will be guaranteed ethical aspects. prior authorization of the participants.

La anemia, afecta y causa la muerte en el mundo a los niños que viven en países en vías de desarrollo, uno de ellos es el Perú, país donde la pobreza afecta a la mayoría de la población, a pesar de los esfuerzos de los programa preventivos, existen incidencia de niños anémicos, muchas veces se deben a múltiples factores, las madres presentan actitudes negativas en el suministro de la dieta ricas en hierro y la poca adherencia en la preparación y administración de los micronutrientes, el cual causará repercusiones negativas en la salud de sus hijos. Es donde el enfermero deberá entrenar a los padres sobre la importancia del suministro de los micronutrientes y adherencia al programa, a que las madres presenten actitudes positivas. El trabajo de investigación se desarrollará con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el nivel de actitud de las madres y el suministro de micronutrientes en niños de 6 a 35 meses en el Centro de Salud Pedregal de Surquillo 2022. El estudio será observacional de corte transversal. Con una muestra de 112 madres de niños de 6 a 35 meses. Se utilizará dos encuestas de recolección de datos el primero con 25 preguntas y el segundo con 15 preguntas, y serán procesadas con el programa SPSS versión 24, para ver la correlación de estudio será el chi cuadrado, y el consentimiento informado se garantizará los aspectos éticos previa autorización de los participantes.
