Nursing care in patients with head trauma in the intensive care service of the National Institute of Health of the child san borja lima 2021 acute in patients with covid-19 in the intensive care unit

Abstract

Quantitative, cross-sectional study. The population is made up of 30 nursing professionals who work in the Intensive Care Service of INSNSB, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research; sample size was not calculated. The observation technique will be used. The instrument will be an observation guide for nursing care in patients with traumatic brain injury, which has been developed by Clemencia Miguelita Bermúdez Huapaya. Data collection will be carried out in 1 month, in the Intensive Care Service. When the information has been collected with the application of the instrument, the data will be entered into a database in the SPSS Version 26.0 program. Statistical Analysis: The descriptive analysis will be performed with frequency tables, measures of central tendency and dispersion, as well as graphical representations.

Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal. la población está constituida por 30 Enfermería que laboran en el servicio de Cuidados Intensivos del INSNSB, seleccionados acorde a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, no se calculó tamaño de muestra. Se empleará la técnica de observación. El instrumento será una guía de observación de los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con traumatismo encéfalo craneano, el cual ha sido elaborado por Clemencia Miguelita Bermúdez Huapaya. la recolección de datos se realizará en 1 mes, en el servicio de Cuidados intensivos. Cuando se haya recolectado la información con la aplicación del instrumento, se ingresará los datos a una base en el programa SPSS Versión 26.0. Análisis Estadístico: El análisis descriptivo se realizará con tablas de frecuencias, medidas de tendencia central y de dispersión, así como también representaciones gráficas.
