Organizational climate and practice of personal values ​​in the dentistry teacher of Norbert Wiener University, 2020.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and the practice of personal values in dental faculty members at the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020. The sample consisted of 46 faculty members from the Dentistry faculty of this university. Methodology: The method used was hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, and correlational design. Results: In interpreting the cross-tabulation table between the Organizational Climate and Personal Values variables, we can state that the highest value was found in the combination of medium organizational climate and high personal values, with 28 respondents, followed by the combination of low organizational climate and high personal values, with 2 respondents, as well as the combination of low organizational climate and medium personal values, with 2 respondents. Conclusions: The results show that the degree of relationship between the variables organizational climate and personal values has a Spearman's Rho = 0.735, which indicates a positive and moderate relationship between the two variables. Therefore, the greater the practice of personal values by dental faculty, the better the organizational climate at the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020.

La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la práctica de valores personales en el docente de odontología la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020. La muestra fue conformada por 46 docentes de la facultad de odontología de esta universidad. Metodología: El método utilizado fue hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada y diseño correlacional. Resultados: En la interpretación de la tabla cruzada entre las variables Clima Organizacional - Valores Personales podemos afirmar que el cruce de los niveles medio de clima organizacional y alto de valores personales tiene el mayor valor con 28 encuestados, seguido del cruce de bajo de clima organizacional y alto de valores personales con 2 encuestados de igual modo el nivel bajo de clima organizacional y medio de valores personales con 2 encuestados. Conclusiones: De los resultados se aprecia que, el grado de relación entre las variables clima organizacional y valores personales, existe un Rho de Spearman = 0.735 lo cual significa que existe una relación positiva y moderada las dos variables. Por tanto, A mayor práctica de valores personales en el docente de odontología mejor será el clima organizacional de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020
