Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of patients hospitalized with acute leukemia at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, 2022

Abstract

Evaluating user satisfaction regarding the quality of care received from the nurse by the hospitalized patient with acute leukemia becomes relevant at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases because it is an important indicator to measure the quality of the service in general, being essential to improve and provide better service to the patient with this serious disease. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to determine the relationship that exists between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the hospitalized patient with acute leukemia at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, 2022. The research manuscript presented has a quantitative approach, likewise, it is applied, regarding its design, it is transversal, descriptive and correlational. The sample resulted in 132 patients. For this study, a survey will be carried out as a technique, applying two questionnaires as an instrument with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient greater than 0.7 demonstrating acceptable consistency.

Evaluar la satisfacción del usuario respecto de la calidad del cuidado recibido de la enfermera(o) por parte del paciente hospitalizado con leucemia aguda cobra relevancia en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas debido a que es un indicador importante para medir la calidad en el servicio en general, siendo esencial para mejorar y dar un mejor servicio al paciente con esta reara enfermedad. Es por ello el propósito de la investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente hospitalizado con leucemia aguda en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, 2022. El manuscrito de indagación que se presenta posee un enfoque cuantitativo, asimismo, es aplicada, referente a su diseño, es transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. la muestra resulto en 132 pacientes. Para este estudio se realizará una encuesta como técnica, aplicándose dos cuestionarios como instrumento con coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach superior a 0.7 demostrando una consistencia aceptable.
