Satisfaction of nursing care, to the family of those hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the regional hospital of Huacho, 2020

Abstract

Objective: the objective of the research is to determine the satisfaction of the nursing intervention, to the family of the users hospitalized in the critical units of the Huacho 2020 regional hospital. material and method: the present study has a quantitative approach, in terms of Methodological design is a descriptive, cross-sectional type of research. The population will consist of 70 family members who have patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Huacho Regional Hospital, a multipurpose unit that has 9 beds, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, respectively. The data collection technique will be the survey to measure family satisfaction in the ICU, the data collection instrument will be used: questionnaire family satisfaction with care in the intensive care unit: fs-icu (24) ©, 24-item version.

Objetivo: el objetivo de la pesquisa es determinar la satisfacción de la intervención de enfermería, a la familia de los usuarios internados en las unidades críticas del hospital regional de Huacho 2020. material y método: el presente estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, en cuanto al diseño metodológico es una pesquisa de tipo descriptiva de corte transversal. la población estará constituida por 70 familiares que cuentan con pacientes hospitalizados en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital regional de huacho, unidad polivalente que cuenta con 9 camas, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, respectivamente. la técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta para medir la satisfacción familiar en la uci, se utilizará el instrumento de recolección de datos cuestionario family satisfaction with care in the intensive care unit: fs-icu (24) ©, versión de 24 ítems.
