Quality of nursing care related to parental satisfaction in the growth and development service at Villa Los Ángeles Health Post, Rímac – 2021

Abstract

Determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of parents of the growth and development service of the Posta Villa los Ángeles, Rímac – 2021. Material and methods: This study has a cross-sectional descriptive design, parents who attended participated with their children at the service of growth and development of the Posta Villa los Ángeles, Rímac (n =60). Two validated questionnaires were used, one to evaluate the Quality of nursing care with 16 items and another for Parent Satisfaction with 8 items, the responses have five gradations on the Likert scale.

Determinar cómo se relaciona la calidad de atención de enfermería con la satisfacción de padres de familia del servicio crecimiento y desarrollo de la Posta Villa los Ángeles, Rímac – 2021. Material y métodos: Es estudio tiene diseño descriptivo de corte transversal, participaron padres que acudieron con sus niños al servicio crecimiento y desarrollo de la Posta Villa los Ángeles, Rímac (n =60). Se empleó dos cuestionarios validados, uno evaluar la Calidad de atención de enfermería con 16 ítems y otro para Satisfacción de padres de familia con 8 ítems para, las respuestas tiene cinco gradaciones en la escala Likert.
