Nursing care and satisfaction with care in family members of transplant patients, Lima 2023

Abstract

The objective of this inquiry was to "determine how nursing care is related to the satisfaction of the care of relatives of transplant patients, Lima 2023". It was a quantitative, cross-sectional study, with 80 surveyed people. Their results were as follows: in nursing care the good level predominates (53.8%), in satisfaction a similar phenomenon was registered with 70.0% of those surveyed. For its part, the inferential analysis showed that there is a relationship between the variables since the p-value<0.01 and a rho coefficient equal to 0.771. Therefore, Ha is accepted and, consequently, H0 is rejected. There is also a correlation between the dimensions of nursing care and satisfaction: human dimension and satisfaction (rho= .637), technicalscientific dimension and satisfaction (rho= .831), environment dimension and satisfaction (rho= .717). It is concluded that the greater the nursing care, the greater the satisfaction of the relatives of transplant patients with 99% confidence.

Objetivo: Determinar cómo el cuidado de enfermería se relaciona con la satisfacción de la atención de los familiares de los pacientes trasplantados, Lima 2023. El método fue hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, nivel o alcance correlacional, corte transversal. La muestra fue causal equivalente a 80 familiares, se utilizó 2 fichas técnicas: la primera consta de 35 ítems oraginzados en 3 dimensiones, la segunda ficha consta de 19 ítems agrupados en 4 dimensiones. La validez del instrumento para el primero mediante el indice de Kappa con un-77,96% y para el segundo instrumento fue a traves del juicio de expertos con un 90% de aplicabilidad, lo que asegura el rigor y objetividad en la recolección de datos.
