Level of knowledge and its relationship with the attitude on the management of aseptic measures of health personnel in the Surgical Center of the Vesalio Clinic 2023

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge of medical personnel and the attitude towards the management of aseptic measures at the Vesalio Lima 2023 Clinical Surgical Center. This approach will use a descriptive, quantitative, relational and nonexperimental design. Will be made up of health personnel from the Vesalio Lima 2023 Clinical Surgical Center with 50 nurses, 10 anesthetists, 20 nurse technician and 21 surgeons of various specialties; 101 members in total; the type of sampling is probabilistic, non-probabilistic according to the investigator's judgment and criteria; survey methods will be used for data collection and the instruments will be analyzed according to three definitions: adequacy, relevance and clarity. Once the conditions are met, the expert signs a certificate of validity, which confirms that it is sufficient. Pilot tests were validated by 3 subject matter experts, and the instrument passed internal validation at 0.94. Finally, the project will prioritize ethical considerations such as autonomy, beneficence, and justice throughout the research and development process.

Analizar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento del personal médico y la actitud frente al manejo de medidas asépticas en el Centro Quirúrgico Clínico Vesalio Lima 2023. Este enfoque utilizará un diseño descriptivo, cuantitativo, relacional y no experimental. Estarán integrados por el personal de salud del Centro Quirúrgico Clínico Vesalio Lima 2023 con 50 enfermeras, 10 anestesistas, 20 Técnicas de enfermería y 21 cirujanos de diversas especialidades; 101 miembros en total; el tipo de muestreo es probabilístico, no probabilístico según el juicio y criterio del investigador; se utilizarán métodos de encuesta para la recopilación de datos y los instrumentos se analizarán de acuerdo con tres definiciones: idoneidad, pertinencia y claridad. Una vez cumplidas las condiciones, el experto firma un certificado de validez, que confirma que es suficiente. Las pruebas piloto fueron validadas por 3 expertos en la materia, y el instrumento pasó la validación interna en 0,94. Finalmente, el proyecto priorizará consideraciones éticas como la autonomía, la beneficencia y la justicia a lo largo del proceso de investigación y desarrollo.
